Founded in 2019, EcoDecks Design & Build is the flagship brand of 4All Constructions LLC, a licensed Virginia contractor (#2705191050) based in Springfield, VA. We began with a simple mission — to bring eco-friendly design, modern materials, and trusted craftsmanship to homeowners across Northern Virginia. Over the years, we’ve built and restored hundreds of decks, screen porches, and fences across Fairfax County, Alexandria, Lorton, and beyond, with our success rooted in honesty, precision, and customer care — values that define every nail we drive and every plank we place.
